Return & Refund Policy (Short Version)

At NotesBox, we want you to love your gift box. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.

Returns (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the gift box is:

     - Unused and unopened

     - In original packaging

     - Returned with all items included (no missing items)

Returns will not be accepted if the box has been opened, used, or items are missing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong gift box, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at notesbox.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Cancellations (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at notesbox.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our return policy instead.
